We have worked hard to include as many sports and fitness activities as possible as we understand from our own experience many people play a variety of sports not only for enjoyment but also to stay fit and keep healthy.

Our research tells us that many people in a week might, for example, play tennis, go for a swim, train in the gym and enjoy a karate class.

For these reasons you are covered for all the sports and fitness activities on our list for one price and we do not penalise you for taking part in the more dangerous sports that have a higher chance of resulting in an injury.

Team sports are hugely popular in the UK, played by millions on a weekly basis and include the likes of 11-a-side and 5-a-side football, rugby, cricket, netball, basketball and many others. Our Cover protects the individual members of a team for injuries caused by an accident.

WHEN AM I COVERED TO PLAY SPORT?

Cover is provided only during actual participation in sports activities. You can participate in any formal or pre-organised competitions, tournaments, games or matches arranged by a sporting organisation such as a club or event. You can also participate in any formal, supervised and pre-organised training at a club or event as well as any informal or unsupervised training or participation such as road running, cycling and fitness training. Accidents/Injuries that are not as a result of participation in sporting activities are NOT covered.

For all Sports, the appropriate clothing must be worn, and health and safety equipment as required by the Governing Body of each particular Sport must be used.
